Delete your HopaHop account

In the app

1. Open HopaHop and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
2. Type the confirmation word and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Send an email from the address you use for HopaHop to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 30 days.

What happens

• Your upcoming rides and bookings are cancelled; the normal refund rules apply.
• Your name, photo, bio, birth date, phone number and preferences are erased, and your cars are archived. Your login is removed.
• Reviews you wrote remain, shown as "Deleted user".
• Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by law, without your name.
